• Once suitable, we will issue an offer letter
• Once you agree to the loan, we draft a legal pack which is sent immediately to your solicitor
• While the solicitors are working on the legal aspect a valuation will be carried out
• Once the solicitors have completed dealing with the legalities, funds are immediately released
